I am presently pursuing (joined March 2007) my PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) degree in Nanotechnology from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), Suwon, South Korea. I have joined in SKKU Advanced Institute of Nanotechnology (SAINT) under department of Physics  in the Carbon Nanotube research group. You can find me and my research guide (Prof Young Hee Lee) by just clicking here. Our research group is a part of Center for Nanotubes and Nanostructured Composites (CNNC) in the department. My work activities in the PhD is CNT-FET (carbon nanotube - field effect transistor), CNT-FED (field emission display), Metal wire-TFT (thin film transistor) and transparent TFT fabrication and measurements. You can have more information about my work and publications by visiting our CNT research group.
